1. Returns
You can return most items within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The product must not be damaged or tampered with.
You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 30-day period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons, including:
Opened or used travel tech products (headphones, chargers, etc.)
Customized or personalized items
Clearance or sale items
Please contact us before making a return if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
3. Return Process
Once your return is authorized, you will need to ship the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Our return address will be provided with the RMA number.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the form of cash.
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping costs (if applicable).
If your return is denied due to the condition of the item or if it falls outside the return period, we will notify you via email.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the details and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a free return label, and the item will be replaced or refunded in full, including any shipping charges, within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
